What's Included? Your registration fee includes:
  • September 15th: full day conference at Gunsan Saemangeum Convention Center (GSCO), including lunch and dinner
  • September 16th: full day conference at Gunsan Saemangeum Convention Center (GSCO), including lunch
  • September 17th: post-conference tour


Accommodation:

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Accommodation during/before/after the conference is the responsibility of attendee. 
 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  

Cancellations prior to 24 July 2022 will receive a refund less $50 administration fee.
Cancellations prior to 17 August 2022 will receive a refund less $100 administration fee.
After 17 August 2022, no refund is payable, but registration is transferable

 

Entering the Republic of Korea in September 2022:  

Due to Covid-19, Korea has a special entry procedure. Please review it here.

Also, you may need to apply for a visa before entering Korea. Please check here.
