What's Included: As part of your registration, you will receive training materials to be provided before the course; access to the online training platform; and a Certificate of Completion confirming your attendance in the class.
Professional Certificate in Sustainable Business Travel: Exam fee is NOT included in your registration. To take the exam after completing the training class, please select the "Exam & Certificate" add-on option during registration. You will receive a GSTC Professional Certificate in Sustainable Tourism if you pass the exam.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: You will receive a refund on your registration payment, minus a US$50 administrative fee, until seven (7) business days prior to the class start date. No refund is available for cancellation after this date. You can transfer your registration to another participant any time before the training start date.

1) Your registration data is submitted to TravelHorst (Horst Bayer) & IG Management (Bernard Harrop) the GSTC training program partners that do the training of the Sustainable Business Travel.
2) Cancellation and refund on your registration is allowed until 7 days prior to the course start date. Your cancellation request must be sent by email (business.travel@gstcouncil.org) before the deadline, and if approved, you will receive a refund on your registration payment, minus a US$50 administrative fee. No refund is available for cancellations after this date.
3) Within 7 days before the course start date, if you are unable to participate in the course, you have the option to transfer your registration to another participant (with a US$50 transfer fee), or receive credits for your registration fee amount (minus US$50 administrative fee) that can be applied to another GSTC STTP training class (online or in-person) within one calendar year.
