By submitting this registration form, I confirm that I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1) Cancellation and refund on your registration is allowed until 7 days prior to the course start date. Your cancellation request must be sent by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before the deadline, and if approved, you will receive a refund on your registration payment, minus a US$50 administrative fee. No refund is available for cancellations after this date.
2) If you participate in the course but would like to cancel your registration to the Written Exam or Mock-audit test ($ 75 for each), you must send a refund request by email (email@example.com) before the course completion date, and if approved, you will receive a refund on your exam registration payment, minus a US$25 administrative fee. No refund is available for cancellations after this date.
3) If you satisfy the Clause 10.9.3 of the GSTC Accreditation Manual, you must inform it by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before you register for the course. In this case, you will be allowed not to submit the mock-audit report. Exceptions do not apply after registration.
